Clemens Sassen

Clemens has extensive experience and expertise in corporate and financial communications. Companies from various industries operating in the field of M&A, activist shareholders or organisations approaching bankruptcy are the type of clients he advises. In recent years, Clemens has specialized in the field of litigation PR where he advises clients on their communication strategy leading up to and during litigation or legal conflicts.

Currently, Clemens is a board member of the Vereeniging Nederlandsch Historisch Scheepvaart Museum and the CDA Amsterdam. He is also following the training course for supervisory board members ‘Blikverruimers’ and is writing a book on the communication of companies in financial difficulties.
