Amber van de Ven

Amber van de Ven works as an Advisor at Huijskens Sassen Communications. In her role, she supports national and international clients in areas such as corporate communication, reputation management, public affairs, and issue management.

Amber earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science and a two-year Research Master’s in Communication Science at the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she gained experience in business development and marketing communication at two law firms and further expanded her expertise at communications agencies. Her broad interest in current societal issues was strengthened by her thesis, which focused on corporate social advocacy (CSA).

Thanks to her academic background and critical mindset, Amber has a keen eye for societal trends and their impact on organisations. She enjoys working on topics such as sustainability and strategic communication challenges.
