Meike Ruland

Meike is in the final phase of her bachelor's degree in Communication Science at the University of Amsterdam. She has been working as a junior advisor at HSC since September 2023. Her work includes monitoring news media, as well as assisting in advising on corporate communications, and reputation and issue management.

During her bachelor, Meike gained specific knowledge about the (Dutch) media landscape and political communication. She also completed a minor in Designing Effective Organisations. Meike wrote her bachelor's thesis on the framing of greenwashing in news articles and its effect on consumers.
